Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Aarjo DevOps, including website design, web application development, cloud workspace deployments, and DNS management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Aarjo DevOps agrees to provide IT services as outlined in specific project proposals or service agreements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with prior notice to active clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide necessary access, assets, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are met. Aarjo DevOps is not liable for project delays caused by a lack of client responsiveness.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients are granted full licensing rights to the final deliverables as stipulated in their contract. Aarjo DevOps retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is active.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aarjo DevOps shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital products, hosting platforms, or third-party cloud workspaces (such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
